Role Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive sales growth in the Oil and Gas sector. The role involves client acquisition, relationship management, and promoting engineering solutions across Upstream, Midstream, and Downstream industries.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target clients in the Oil and Gas value chain.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue goals.
  • Present technical solutions, prepare proposals, and negotiate contracts.
  • Monitor industry trends and provide sales forecasts and reports.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
  • 5+ years of proven sales experience in the Oil and Gas industry.
  • Strong knowledge of industry processes, equipment, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Willingness to travel frequently.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Advanced degree (MBA or Master’s in Engineering).
  • Experience with global clients and emerging Oil and Gas technologies.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools for pipeline management.
