Position: Project Co-Ordinator

Qualification: BS/ME

Duration of Project : Permanent

Required Skills & Experience:

• Power and/or Electro-mechanical systems detail design
• Skid-based design
• Cable Lay-outing /design
• PID`s / Data sheets review
• QA/QC of mechanical models and drawings
• Coordination with Client & remote teams
• Good written and verbal communication
• Good documentation

Responsibilities:

• Understand project requirement (scope) & preparation of proposals
• Preparation of project plan
• Preparation of Schedule, Risk register, Project Acceptance criteria, Guidelines
• Maintain project schedule and time reporting
• Attend regular meetings at client site
• Provide guidance/technical direction to offshore team
• Coordinate work packages with offshore team
• Provide QA/QC support for production
• Support continuous improvement of workflows and team activities
• Support escalation of issues/challenges
• Maintain regular communications with NS sales

Software Skills:

• Autodesk Inventor
• Autodesk Vault
• Integration with multiple software
• Microsoft Project Or similar
• MS Office
