We also utilize client specified tools for project collaboration and document controls, seamlessly integrating into our client's existing engineering environment.
With matured systems & processes we have evolved a proprietary 3-Gate Quality Checking process that aims at minimizing the number of defects in the process. The process ensures that the project team strives for continuous improvement by improving Process efficiencies, Value Additions, Project Audits and Skill development. Apart from the “Quality Processes”, we have set-up a “Project & Quality Audits” group that has the responsibility to ensure that work methodology and processes for each project are satisfactorily followed and the work output for each project will adhere to the defined statement of work for the project.
