Position: Cloud Architect

Location: Pune

Qualification: B.E./B.Tech/M.E./M.Tech (Any Engineering Specialization)

Knowledge & Experience:

• Overall 10+ years of experience in software development with a minimum of 4 years’ experience in cloud architecture
• In-depth knowledge and experience in public cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or GCP (in one or more) along with configuration and deployment
• Architecting and developing multi-tier, multi-tenant scalable SaaS applications using Microsoft.Net/J2EE/Python Django, and other technology stacks
• Experience in deploying multi-tiered and serverless applications on cloud platforms
• Good to have knowledge of configuration management using Puppet, Chef, Ansible, or similar tools
• Experience in developing cloud-native applications and application migration experience on any public cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP
• Source code management tools such as GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket, and project management tools like JIRA, Confluence

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Certification in Solutions Architecture related to Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud
• Architectural Certification (TOGAF and ITIL) is preferred
• Working knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins
• Design and development of RESTful services and Microservices
• Hybrid cloud solutions
• Integrating public cloud into traditional hosting/delivery models

Responsibilities:

• Architecting and developing multi-tier, multi-tenant scalable SaaS applications
• Converting architecture and strategy into actionable deliverables
• Identifying and applying the latest industry trends in processes, tools, and methodologies
• Making sure that the overall strategic architecture is aligned with and supportive of customer technology strategy
• Championing and driving the evolution & transformation of existing/new software systems, inline with the platforms and service roadmaps
• Leading the architecture and design of multi-tiered applications, and serverless applications for cloud platforms
• Designing and development of RESTful services/Microservices and integration with other software
• Designing and implementing applications, infrastructure automation, and monitoring solutions
• Developing security architecture across infrastructure and applications
• Profiling and troubleshooting of existing solutions
• Act as a technical expert related to cloud best practices, both within and outside the organization
• Act as a technical liaison between product management, development, QA, and customer

Supervisory Responsibilities:

• Providing technical Leadership and mentoring
• Technical reviews and audits of existing solutions, designs, and system architecture
