Neilsoft provided Structural Detailing Services to a leading Structural Engineering Firm based out of United States, for a Wood Framed Construction Project. The project consisted of a proposed Residential Five Storied Building with parking on the 1st floor and Apartments on the rest of the floors. Post-tensioned (PT) Slab was proposed for the 2nd floor and most of the columns were planned to be floated from this level. The PT Slab was conceptualized to be supported by Concrete Beams, Columns, and Walls.
