Neilsoft was appointed to create 3D Models & Detailed Drawings of Individual Wall, Floor and Roof Panels of various Module Types for a Leading all Residential Vertically Integrated Factory Built Housing (FHB) Designer, Developer and Manufacturer, based out of the United States. The complex Project included the initial demolition of two existing buildings and merging the two resultant lots, to construct a 15-Story Building, comprising of approximately 1,130 Square Feet of Ground Floor Retail Space, 60,000 Square Feet of Conventional Office Space, 179 Residential Apartments and Parking for 86 Vehicles.
