Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Application Engineer/Technical Specialist to support technical sales and customer engagement for CADISON, a multi-disciplinary plant engineering solution with a single object-oriented database.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum a Diploma or Degree in Engineering with at least 3 years of working experience in construction, design, drafting, or coordination, as per local codes and standards.
• Provide technical support to the sales team in client acquisition and requirements analysis.
• Act as a technical expert during product presentations and client interactions.
• Conduct technical demonstrations of CADISON for prospective customers.
• Create product videos to highlight key features and capabilities.
• Prepare and deliver webinars to educate clients on CADISON’s applications and benefits.
• Represent the company at industry trade shows, workshops, and symposiums.

Basic Qualifications:

• Minimum a Diploma or Degree in Engineering with at least 3 years of working experience in construction, design, drafting, or coordination, as per local codes and standards.
• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Piping Engineering.
• Knowledge of plant engineering, including P&ID (Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams).
• Initial experience with CAD systems, preferably AutoCAD or Visio.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Minimum a Diploma or Degree in Engineering with at least 3 years of working experience in construction, design, drafting, or coordination, as per local codes and standards.
• Hands-on experience with CADISON or similar engineering solutions.
• Prior experience in technical sales or customer support in the engineering industry.
• Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
