Job Title –Sales Executive/Manager – Major Accounts (Scandinavia)

Location: Sweden/Netherland

Experience: 5+ years in Sales (Experience in Engineering space)

Basic Qualifications:

  • Proven ability to achieve annual sales OBV exceeding $5 million/year.
  • Experience maintaining an invoiced value of $1 million/year.
  • 5–15 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management in the AEC, manufacturing, or plant engineering sectors.
  • Established network and contacts in the Scandinavian market.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop at least 10 major accounts in the Scandinavian region.
  • Fluent in the local language.
  • Willingness to travel across Scandinavian countries, the UK, and India as needed.
  • Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales quota numbers.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Graduation in Engineering
  • Experience positioning and selling a full suite of engineering services.
  • Advanced knowledge of the AEC, manufacturing, and plant engineering industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and expand Neilsoft’s presence in Scandinavia by identifying and nurturing new business opportunities.
  • Build a strong prospect funnel, manage the complete sales cycle, and close high-value deals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align Neilsoft’s service offerings with client needs.
  • Travel to client locations and Neilsoft offices across regions as required.
