Job Title –Sales Executive / Sr. Sales Executive – Engineering Services (Manufacturing)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Executive to drive new business development and revenue growth for our Manufacturing Practice. This role focuses on generating new logos, managing strategic accounts, and delivering tailored engineering and automation solutions across the Midwest region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive new Engineering Services opportunities in the areas Industrial Machinery & Equipment / Production Line design, Industrial Automation, Bulk Material Handling and Digital Factory Services/Solutions.
- Identify and develop opportunities with Industrial Automation System Integrators, focusing on PLC/DCS Solutions for discrete manufacturing markets (FMCG, Consumer Goods, etc.).
- Develop and execute sales strategies, including strategic sales plans, account plans, and capture plans, to meet revenue and target goals.
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and C-suite executives to establish engineering partnerships.
- Act as an independent contributor while collaborating with lead generation and marketing teams to develop a strong sales pipeline.
- Use Salesforce to diligently track, maintain, and report account and sales data.
- Travel frequently to meet customers, partners, and execution teams.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the manufacturing or industrial automation industry.
- Knowledge of PLC/DCS Solutions and their application in discrete manufacturing markets.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) for sales tracking and reporting.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with Industrial Automation System Integrators.
- Proven track record of developing and managing strategic accounts.
- Knowledge of Industrial Machinery & Equipment / Production Line design, CAD/Simulation Services, and Industrial Automation Solutions.
- Ability to present to and influence senior executives and key stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills and experience maintaining sales management tools such as sales funnels and order forecasts.
